Kip Deem is the founder of FreshFill Meals. After graduating from USU, he worked in his family’s cabinetry company, Anvil Cabinet & Mill, and was tasked with adding luxury appliances to their cabinetry offering. After selecting Viking, he met Chef Vaughn Hobbs, a Viking Chef who he eventually hired to work for Anvil Appliances. Working with Chef Hobbs everyday stoked the embers of a fire in Kip to help families simplify getting dinner on the table. He founded Delicious Family Dinners, a company similar to Blue Apron.

When Blue Apron went public and Amazon bought Whole Foods in 2017, Kip had to pivot their meal delivery model. He developed the idea of using the local online grocery pick up to make dinner more doable. With a small team, he developed a system that learns what families like to eat and then becomes their personal shopper, loading the ingredients they need for the Chef specified meal plans into the subscriber’s preferred, local, online grocery cart.

Kip and the team launched FreshFill Meals App and are proud to help simplify family dinners across the country.
