Christina Peters is an award winning photographer and has been taking pictures since she was 8 years old. She grew up in Newark, Delaware. She moved to California in 1989 to attend Art Center College of Design where she received her second degree in photography in 1993 and has been shooting ever since. She decided to concentrate in food photography for the last 16 years.

In 2010 Christina started her Food Photography Blog and started teaching food photography workshops in 2011 at her studio in Marina Del Rey, California. In 2017 she launched the first membership site about food photography called, the Food Photography Club. This site is dedicated to all things food photography with video content, live webinars, and a private community to teach you how to be a professional food photographer. She also coaches photographers who want to find clients who pay well for food photography.
