We’ll refine your target audience and dive deep into how you can create compelling videos that connect with your audience on a deeper level. We’ll also create or refine your unique Value Proposition to separate your channel and business from the competition.
No, we’re not just talking about color schemes. In this session, you’ll learn how to integrate the 7 “Primal Codes” into your channel, and why it’s the best way to build raving fans.
Here, we’ll start getting into the brass-tacks of optimizing your channel experience so that new viewers quickly convert into subscribers. Before we can start bringing in a new audience, we first need to setup our channel so that new viewers stick around.
Discoverability 1 (Technical Elements)
In this session, we’ll focus on increasing your channel’s discoverability. One of the main ways to do this is by increasing your watch time and session watch time. We’ll review the best way to use playlists, end screens, and cards to do this.
Discoverability 2 (Human Elements)
Next, we’ll learn how to create compelling headlines and thumbnails specifically for YouTube. This will make a HUGE difference in your click-through rate and views. Most creators don’t spend enough of their time on this step. We’ll also discuss strategies to increase watch time, which will, in turn, result in YouTube pushing more of your content to your target audience.
Storytelling is THE secret behind channels that grow rapidly. Hollywood has been doing this for years and in this session, you’ll learn how you can do this too.
