Merry Christmas, everyone! We’re honored to once again have Jesseca from One Sweet Appetite contribute. Have you checked out her No-Bake Pumpkin Cheesecake or Peanut Butter Cookies? She’s one talented lady. Well, I won’t keep you waiting for her simple delicious fudge recipe.
It’s so close to Christmas I can taste it. Most likely because I am up to my eyeballs in holiday treats. One of our favorites to make this year has been two ingredient fudge. It’s my favorite because, well, it’s TWO ingredients. We’ve made so many variations over on my site but this peanut butter one is brand spanken new and perfect for your dessert trays.
I especially like how quickly this comes together. Our schedules tend to get pretty packed with family events this time of year and occasionally I’m asked to whip something sweet up at the last minute. I keep a bag of chocolate (or this case peanut butter) chips around for that reason. Melt, stir in some canned frosting, and voila! Rich, creamy, peanut butter fudge goodness.
The great thing about this recipe is how easily customize-able it is. Not a peanut butter fan? Use regular milk chocolate chips! Want a peanut butter chocolate flavor? Swap out the vanilla frosting for chocolate. The list of possibilities is endless. We’ve even been known to use holiday cookie cutters to create fun shapes and sprinkles to add a little pizzazz.
So what do you think? Wanna give the worlds easiest recipe a try? Be prepared to wow all of your party guests and have many requests for your secret. In just an hour or two you could have a tray filled with so many fudge flavors. Don’t forget to stock up on take-home boxes so people can sneak a few pieces into their bags.
